This picture is of a pond area at Chicago Botanic Garden.
I went there this past summer and spent almost the whole day there.
There is so much to see, and the landscaping is beautiful.
A must see if you're in the area!

At the Chicago Botanic Garden, they had an entire courtyard devoted to bonsai trees
(the Japanese art of aesthetic miniaturization of trees).
Not only are these trees ridiculously tiny,
but when you get up close, it's like you’re in an actual forest!

The last picture is an example of another bonsai tree, up close and personal.
But to the untrained eye, it could seem like you're looking at a forest!
